Kath’s inspirational talk draws on her own experiences overcoming numerous personal setbacks and tragedies, to encourage everyone to find meaningful ways to connect through kindness. Real world human interactions developed through kindness help to address the contemporary issues of loneliness and disconnection. Kath’s talk highlights invaluable life lessons for people of all ages and backgrounds, including the importance of sharing our stories and our vulnerabilities.
